Bruce A. Sperka, Chairman of the Board Mr. Sperka earned a B.S. in Computer and Information Science from the University of Florida, in 1972 and a Certificate in International Trade from U.C.L.A. in 1981. He has been employed in the computer industry for the past 33 years. After 12 years of developing software in the banking, pre-press and aerospace industries, he moved into sales and marketing for a computer peripherals distributor. In 1989, he joined the NoRad Corporation as Director of Marketing and International Sales, with responsibility for developing the company's export markets. In 1995 he developed his first Internet web site to promote NoRad's product lines. The following year Mr. Sperka started Sperka International a web site design and development company with clients throughout Southern California. In 2004, Mr. Sperka co-founded Proactive Web Brands LLC with Mr. Tichy.
David Tichy, President Formally trained at The Art Institute of Chicago, Mr. Tichy has worked on hundreds of 3D, vector graphics, animation, photo editing, graphic design and multimedia projects. He has worked extensively developing professional database-driven web sites with Open Source technologies on the Linux platform, including administration of the Apache web server. In 1998, he formed Sinewave Webdesign, a web site development company with a national clientele. An accomplished musician and producer, Mr. Tichy also carries over 14 years of music production, composing, and performance experience. In 2004, Mr. Tichy co-founded Proactive Web Brands LLC with Mr. Sperka and began a nine-month development project, which produced the company's flagship product, SpeakerCalendar.com.
